This Agreement is between Veryation ("Veryation", "we") and you, the user ("you"), governing your use of the LogLens plugin (the "Software").
Veryation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software in your development environment. Paid ("Pro") features require a valid paid subscription or license purchased through the JetBrains Marketplace or another authorized channel.
You may not (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or lease the Software; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (d) circumvent any licensing or feature-gating mechanism.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Veryation retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
The Software processes log and telemetry data locally on your machine. Any server-tied Pro feature that transmits data is described in its documentation and governed by our Privacy Policy.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. This does not exclude or limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veryation's total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
